The workbooks are built to print — that's their job. If you need the rights to redistribute Karen's writing, that's a licensing conversation, not a purchase.

Calls are a private 30 or 60 minutes on your move. Webinars are live and members-first, with replays inside the vault. Coaching is six weeks with one measurable positioning outcome, or quarterly Talent Advisory for leaders. Lifestyle Reset is a private session to redesign the role, hours, and location around your life — and to negotiate it. Every program is bilingual EN/ES.

Your call. Sessions happen in English, Spanish, or both — just say the word when you book. The playbooks and workbooks are bilingual too, so the work between sessions happens in the language you think in.

The community is a member perk: buy any book or book any session and the circle opens — threads, Q&A, and replays included. Browsing the store and reading sample chapters stays free; posting and reading the discussions are for the people who bought in.

Calls, coaching, and Lifestyle Reset sessions are conversations, not downloads: cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before, and once the session starts it's delivered — nothing to refund after. Webinar seats are transferable and the replay stays in the vault; refunds are honored before the broadcast. If something goes wrong, write to krusso@russoreset.com before opening a chargeback: a real human answers within two business days and fixes it.
