Books and bundles
Unopened, or opened and still inside the first pages — a tenth of the book or 10 pages, whichever is greater — refunds in full within 14 days, no reason required, and that includes a bundle. Past that point the sale is final: the reading is the product, delivered page by page the instant you open it, so finishing the book and then asking for the money back is asking to be refunded for something you used. The threshold is not a matter of opinion: the reader records the furthest page reached on your account. Technical failures are separate — if pages will not load or the reader breaks, you are refunded in full however far you got. Write to krusso@russoreset.com from the email on your account and the refund goes back to the card through Stripe, usually visible in 5 to 10 business days. Access comes off the library when it is issued; your notes and highlights stay yours.
Immediate access, and what that means
At checkout you confirm that you want access immediately and that you have read this policy. That confirmation is recorded — account, date and network address — because a book that is never opened can be refunded and one that is read to the end cannot. Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right to cancel that cannot be waived, you keep it and we honour it; nothing here removes a statutory right, it only sets out what we do beyond it.
Sessions and coaching
A session is a conversation, not a download. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before the time you booked. Once the session has started it has been delivered, so there is nothing to refund. If the team has to move a session, you are told as early as possible and offered another time.
Webinars
Refunds are honoured up to the moment the broadcast starts. A seat is transferable to someone else if you cannot attend, and the replay stays in your vault afterwards.
Prices and currency
Everything is priced in US dollars and charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the price shown.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear on your statement as RUSSO RESET. If a charge looks unfamiliar, write to krusso@russoreset.com with the date and the amount before disputing it — it is almost certainly us, and a refund done directly is faster than a bank dispute for everyone involved.
Before you open a dispute
Write to krusso@russoreset.com first. A real human answers within two business days, and a refund requested directly is faster than a chargeback for everyone involved.
