Using Russo Reset means you accept these terms. They are written plainly on purpose; if one surprises you, ask before you rely on it.

The service
Russo Reset is Karen Russo's career platform: protected ebooks and reading tools, coaching programs, bookings, a members-only community, and a private message center. Content is general career and hiring information, not individualized professional or legal advice.
Accounts
You need an account to buy, read, book, and message. Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.
Purchases and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products refund in full within 14 days, no reason required; access is removed and your notes stay yours. Sessions (calls, coaching, Lifestyle Reset) are conversations, not downloads: free cancelation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before, and no refund once the session has started. Webinar seats are transferable and replay lives in the vault; refunds are honored before the broadcast. Full details in the FAQ.
Your file and your licence
The books are read on this site. Buying one adds it to your library, where you open it page by page in the protected reader; there is no file to download. What you may not do is copy, resell or redistribute what you read — that is exactly what you are paying for.
Bookings and programs
A booking reserves a session; requests made through the programs page are confirmed by the team before they become sessions. Sessions are bilingual EN/ES and the meeting link is shared before each one. The team may reschedule for its own operational reasons and will tell you as soon as possible.
Community and messages
The community is a paid-member perk: buy any product or book any session and it opens. Be respectful, no spam, no harassment; content you post is visible to members. Private messages are between you and the team. We moderate both, at our judgment, to keep the circle usable.
Intellectual property
The books, workbooks, programs, copy, and brand — including the name Russo Reset — belong to Karen Russo and her team. Buying or subscribing gives you a personal license to use them, not ownership or the right to redistribute.
Liability and changes
We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee specific career outcomes — a book does not replace your decisions. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product or session in question. We may update these terms and this page; continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

Orders, refunds, these terms, or your data: krusso@russoreset.com. Refund requests are answered within two business days, and a refund goes back to the card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate.
